That he should wear a Brazil shirt during practice. This is honestly the most brilliant idea I've ever come across. Athletes are way too rich for fines to make a difference anyway. But pride can tug at them more than most people. Can you imagine this in other sports? Say Shoaib Akhtar goes around banging at doors at night and smoking joints in public. Don't fine or ban him. Just make him wear a Tendulkar shirt and carry a poster of Ganguly with the words "I love India" printed in big, black letters. I guarantee you, he'll never do it again.
