Did you know the Olympic torch will go through Islamabad? I never thought I'd see the day when going to Pakistan would reduce the possibility of violence for something. Poor Olympic torch - like a young child during its parents' divorce, it really is suffering disproportionately for crimes it never committed.

The dude who is going to run with the torch in Islamabad has a hilarious letter to the editor in Dawn today asking the media to give him coverage.
It goes through Muscat as well! Probably the one place in the world where it will face absolutely zero protest.
