Bilawal (Bhutto) Zardari Goes To China

For the Olympics of course. Check out this report:
BEIJING, Aug 8 (APP) - Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said here Friday that he would work to further enhance and cement Pakistan-China relations and carry forward these bonds to a new height. He stated this during a meeting with Minister of International Department of Communist Party of China (CPC) Wang Jiarui.

Bilawal said founding Chairman of PPP Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto laid the foundation of Pak-China friendship and his mother Shaheed Benazir Bhutto further cemented these ties.

“Not only at the Government to Government level, but I would also work to strengthen our relations at party to party level,” Bilawal said. "Especially after I did so well on the Calc II final, I think I'm up to the task of managing important geo-strategic relationships in a time of great peril for our country."

Ok, I made that last part up, but the rest is really true: we have a nineteen year old who hasn't finished college yet meeting seasoned bureaucrats from the Chinese Communist Party on an official state visit. Since I don't really have anything else to say about that, I'll leave you with an image instead. Thousand words and all that.

I think the picture of Bilawal dressed up in his halloween costume is also very fitting. http://img.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2008/01_01/BilawalDM0101_800x1695.jpg

Ali:

Thanks for that.

Chup:

Unfortunately they've blurred the girl in the picture you linked to, and the women on his arm are the only real reason to ever look at a B(B)Z picture. For instance, in the one I've posted, the one on his right, camera left, is quite goddamn cute, if you ask me.

In general:

One thing I was mentioning to both AKS and NB tonight was that, like most kids his age, B(B)Z is interning during the summer. The only difference is that his internship is as the leader of our country.

Wasn't there a picture of B dressed up as Ali G, too? Sorry, I just can't let go of the costume photos. It amuses me to no end. Although your picture of him is pretty pimpin', I must say.

Biwalwal is a complete and total idiot. he is also stupid. What an embarassement to Pakistan. No wonder Pakistan is a laughing stock. It is filled with corrupt stupid leadership.

Forget everything else am so JEALOUS he gets to have all the fun at the Olympics!

You're just jealous that he got a better summer internship than you -- an internship as the head of the largest party in the sixth most populous country in the world.

I heard they shipped Rehman Malik off to Beijing too, probably so he couldn't get in the way of the impeachment talks. Wow, so basically our representation for the Olympics consists of an idiot with a Prince of Wales complex and an egomaniac who probably insists that everyone calls him Security Czar.

Sana:

The Olympics are boring, and I say that as a pretty hardcore sports fan. I can't Bilawal actually enjoying himself there.

Billy:

Hahahaha, yes, you got me.

Rabia:

Dude, I'd LOVE to have "Czar" somewhere in my title. For instance, why would anyone ever want to be "professor of political science" when they could be "czar of political science"? In fact, I'm now regretting not offering "Czar Five Rupees" as a potential title of this blog to NB when were still thinking about these things.

Bilawal is too young to be in Pakistani politics, i must say that he should complete his study first according to his mother's wish.
Peoples party should not involve him in politics because its too early.

HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER
By Billy Bhutto Zardari

EXCERPT:

"Rehman Uncle took us to see the Great Wall of China. I saw the original Great Wall in a Dubai mall, where I grew up.

Later in the day, I lost my virginity with a Chinese hooker. It only cost $5 and took about 2 minutes. Rehman Uncle brokered the deal. They are a very efficient people. My grandfather establshed relations with the Chinese and I have come to bolster ties.

Rehman Uncle said it was good for me to start with a Chinese girl because, well, I am sort of small down there. But he then told me that penile enlargement surgery is covered under the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).

I thought of President Pervez Musharraf and his current struggles during my two minutes with Ming Na. I told her, 'Democracy is the best...' -- only for Rehman Uncle to whisk her away and say that he had to handle some 'administrative issues' with her.

Rehman Uncle gave me back my PSP, which I then played with the rest of the day."

I bet he did both of them...and watched them do each other afterwards.

I've said this before: it's good to be Bilawal.
