I would say touch. The others I can imagine adapting to. Oh sure, losing one would suck! No more reading or writing; or no more music, or no more talking or oh my god, no more food, I'd almost think life wouldn't be worth living with no sense of taste...
But when it comes down to it, so much comes down to the sense of touch. You use it to orient yourself in the world, to avoid injury, to handle things with appropriate force, and just think about how much feedback you get through touch and how you adapt. And then, of course - there would be no physical affection without it. It would be really difficult to coordinate anything I do without touch. I would feel very lonely, disconnected from the world since i could never feel someone else touch. ... But that's just my opinion.
