All you have to do is help mute EU opposition to extraordinary rendition, the program used by the CIA to send terrorist suspects to countries that torture, a program whose tentacles reach the Middle East (including avowed enemies, like Syria), North Africa, Guantanamo Bay and, yes, Western Europe.
