As abhorrent as the thinking behind that statement is, it’s the false analogy that disgusts me more. Men aren't cats. (and let's not even get into the (not) fresh meat comparison!)
Men are dogs....sorry that joke was bad and not to mention uncalled for.
Comparing men to provoked animals, is not only insulting to men but also helps perpetuate the "rape victims must be proved innocent" line of thinking that sadly permeates most societies and legal systems.
