haha its not photoshopped bro.
i think this photo is quite old...i saw one saying the exact same thing when i was at dawn, which was late '02. my best guess is that this was a response to the U.S. bombing afghanistan after 9/11.
i'll retract that. the "ch" and "at isla" tell me its on the current crisis. i guess the conclusion to be reached is that spelling "condemn" has been an age-old problem for these people.
A Freudian slip if ever there was one :)
