One Guess Who Said This

Don't cheat by opening the link:

Sitting here in these chairs that I’m going to be proposing but in working with these governors who again on the front lines are forced to and it’s our privileged obligation to find solutions to the challenges facing our own states every day being held accountable, not being just one of many just casting votes or voting present every once in a while, we don’t get away with that. We have to balance budgets and we’re dealing with multibillion dollar budgets and tens of thousands of employees in our organizations.

oh man this was wayyyyyyyyyy too easy. It's like that ridiculous "all under the umbrella of job creation" crap she spoke about during the Katie Couric interview. Why are people still interested in this moron anyway!

Yeah, that was pretty easy. But for the bonus point can you explain what she means?

It was pretty easy. Im guesing people are still interested because its a great sideshow to Obama's inauguration, and because she speaks for a key constituency of raving loonies resiiding in red states.

Ill shoot for the bonus point though.

She saying that she her office entails an executive rather than legislative role. For her and other governors, that means hands on governance and actual administration. In other words, she is intimately involved with practically tackling the real problems facing her state, on a day to day basis, and not just when legislation is required to be passed.
