Life Lessons From Frank Sinatra

Anyone care to explain exactly what Bono's trying to say in his debut op-ed column for the New York Times? It makes about as much sense as the lyrics to a U2 song.

Dan Drezner has an interesting post and commends thread on his blog on the Bono-as-NYT-columnist experiment:

Hahaha. Thanks for the link. That was hilarious.

On a bright note, it seems like the blogger/Pakistan issues have finally been resolved.

You're supposed to read it drunk and go, "Holy shit dude, did you know bono's gay?"

The South Park episode on Bono was another-level brilliant.

While the op-ed was obviously nonsensical, at best - I enjoyed the bit on the two different versions of "my way"

Listen to them if you can - there is a discernible difference...the first is filled with hubris, but the second is so much more...accepting.
